Q: How long before I receive my nails?

A: Process time is 3-7 business days. Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday. 

Q: How long will the nails last? 

A: Depending on how you care for your nails they can last a very long time. It is all about how you care for them. 

Q: Can I reuse nails, once I take them off? 

A: Yes, nails can be reused! You can pop them off and on. Just use the mini buffer in the nail kit to remove any residue glue off the nail to lay flat. 

Q: What if I want a refund? 

A: Due to Sanitary Reasons there are no refunds. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact me. 

Q: My nails do not fit properly.

A: EmpoweredbyE offers nail sizing kits available to purchase. It is the customers responsibility to make sure they know their nail size before purchasing a set. EmpoweredbyE will not be responsible for nail sizing if the customer did not do their part like purchasing a nail sizing kit to ensure their perfect nail size.
